My second Poppytalk DIY is based on the original DIY (HERE) but instead of stringing together a garland of origami balloons, a single balloon is used to make a Christmas onament. Instead of working with old maps, though, the origami paper was switched out to use NASA-inspired nebula or galaxy images. Check out NASA’s incedible space photography (HERE), that’s accessible and downloadable to the public.
Be sure to read the entire DIY for helpful suggestions. And feel free to download the NASA copyright-free constellation image PDF (HERE) that I’ve sized to a 6-inch square – a perfect origami-paper size for the ballon ornament.
